Peter is the Former Nova Scotia Deputy Minister of Health and current Chair of Canada Health Infoway.

Peter provides a series of vignettes to describe how the two Achieve Results in capabilities of Strategically align vision, values, and evidence to make decisions; and Assess and evaluate –were essential to creating the new provincial region of Nova Scotia Health.
